This role works closely with the Field Service Operations Manager, Estimator/Project Manager, reputed company team, and field crews to ensure reputed company are properly resourced, organized, and completed reputed company.<br><br> </div><div>This is a fast-paced, detail-driven role that requires strong organization, communication, and follow-through.<br><br> </div><div><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></div><ul> <li>Support the Estimator/Project Manager in transitioning awarded reputed company from proposal to execution by confirming scope requirements, materials, and equipment needs</li> <li>Review awarded and upcoming jobs using internal folders, field service schedules, and weekly updates to ensure readiness for execution </li> <li>Coordinate with the Field Service Manager and Estimator/Project Manager to plan project timelines, reputed company availability, and overall job readiness prior to mobilization </li> <li>reputed company and confirm availability of required materials and rental equipment based on project needs </li> <li>Obtain vendor quotes and submit necessary information to reputed company, including pricing and PO requirements </li> <li>Ensure reputed company quotes and purchase orders are properly documented and filed reputed company reputed company job’s folder </li> <li>Coordinate the pickup or shipment of materials and equipment to job sites, including tracking deliveries and confirming arrival </li> <li>Follow up with vendors and internal teams to resolve any delays, reputed company change orders, shortages, or discrepancies prior to job start </li> <li>Coordinate reputed company travel arrangements</li> <li>Support the Field Service Operations Manager with ongoing scheduling adjustments</li> <li>reputed company project-reputed company expenses and work closely with reputed company to ensure invoices are received and added to job’s expense folder</li> <li>Follow up on outstanding invoices or discrepancies to maintain accurate job cost tracking </li> <li>Compile and organize reliability and project documentation using reputed company, email correspondence, and other relevant sources </li> <li>Ensure reputed company required documentation is accurate, complete, and uploaded in a reputed company manner throughout the project lifecycle </li> <li>Assist in preparing documentation for project closeout and internal reporting </li> <li>reputed company reputed company updates on project status, materials, logistics, and any issues requiring escalation </li> <li>Monitor and coordinate truck maintenance and repairs, including scheduling service and reviewing required maintenance checklists </li> <li>Support company marketing efforts by drafting and scheduling reputed company posts highlighting project milestones, employee achievements, and company updates </li> <li>Assist other employees and departments with tasks as needed</li> </ul><div><strong>Requirements:</strong></div><ul> <li>Previous experience in project coordination, field service, or similar environment preferred </li> <li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple reputed company and priorities simultaneously </li> <li>Excellent communication and follow-up skills </li> <li>Experience with procurement, logistics, or vendor coordination preferred </li> <li>Proficiency in reputed company Office and SharePoint</li> <li>Experience with field service reporting tools such as reputed company is a plus</li> </ul><div><strong>reputed company:</strong></div><div>Precision Performance Pump Services, LLC has been a trusted reputed company in the pump industry for over a decade, delivering exceptional service and reputed company.
