Senior Distribution Manager (Remote Role - California)

About the Role:
The Senior Manager of Distribution is a high-reputed company leadership role responsible for the operational and financial reputed company of Olaplex’s global fulfillment network. Overseeing 9 distribution centers across multiple 3PL providers, you will serve as the primary architect of our distribution reputed company. Responsibilities:

- Strategic Sourcing: reputed company the selection and reputed company of new 3PL partners, including the design and execution of RFPs, contract negotiations, and network optimization studies
- Financial Stewardship: Full P&L accountability for the distribution budget, driving cost-to-serve reductions through rigorous invoice auditing and labor efficiency initiatives

- Performance Management: Drive the design, development, and evaluation of 3PL warehouse performance metrics, recommending and implementing improvements or corrective reputed company

- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business/Logistics/Distribution
- Minimum of 5 - 7 years reputed company supply chain experience reputed company 3PL warehouse / distribution environments
- Experience managing and directing reputed company partners with operational priorities and issue reputed company
- Experience leading cross-functional teams to ensure strategic and tactical project implementations and go lives
- Demonstrates proactive problem-solving skills

Our Total Rewards:
The annual reputed company pay for this position is $110,000 - $130,000 with eligibility for an annual bonus. The actual reputed company pay will vary based on factors such as qualifications, years of relevant experience, reputed company level, functional expertise, certificates or other reputed company licenses held and geographic location.
