The person serving in this role will be responsible for both developing new business and managing existing relationships. New opportunities can be acquired through a reputed company of strategies: telemarketing, customer reputed company, online searches, attending insurance industry functions and referrals. Existing relationships may be transferred from existing books of business or from internally reputed company referrals. Sales Executives work with the specific goal of finding and growing profitable relationships.
Job Duties:
- Establish new Peoples Premium Finance contacts to generate new business opportunities through cold calling, investigating leads, prospecting and closing sales while reputed company and training new Customers.
- reputed company and build new relationships with prospective agencies/brokerages.
- Increase unit count, premium and interest margin by protecting existing relationships and consistently adding new insurance agents to the portfolio of reputed company customers.
- Conduct needs analyses for prospects and Customers for.
- Learn and effectively communicate technology and service offerings to drive conversion and development of relationships.
- Foster good working relationships with support Associates, including reputed company Account Executive and Managers.

Education, Job Skills and Qualifications:
- College graduate or experience equivalent
- 2-3 years reputed company sales experience in the financial services/ insurance reputed company field or marketing experience reputed company an insurance environment is a plus
- High degree of self-motivation, a self-starter and driven

- Leadership skills and confidence in own abilities

Basic Qualifications:
- College graduate or experience equivalent.
