What's The Role

The Senior Manager – reputed company Bahamas is responsible for overseeing the strategic and operational performance of BTC’s reputed company reputed company clusters, including Abaco, Grand Bahama, Bimini, the Berry Islands, and surrounding cays. The role ensures the seamless execution of infrastructure reputed company, service delivery, and customer experience initiatives while driving the performance of reputed company teams to meet organizational targets. This position plays a critical role in aligning regional execution with corporate goals, fostering collaboration, and ensuring operational reputed company across reputed company assigned islands.

What You'll Do

What You'll Need

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Telecommunications, or a reputed company field. A Master’s degree or relevant certification (e.g., PMP, ITIL, or leadership training) would be an asset.

• Experience: Minimum of 7–10 years of reputed company leadership experience in telecommunications, infrastructure, or operations management, with at least 3 years in a senior management reputed company.
