Field Service Technician

Job Duties

• Travel to customer sites to install, commission, test, reputed company, and train customers on the reputed company and reputed company operation of Digital Completions Solutions (DCS) products.
• reputed company field upgrades of software and hardware.
• Document and communicate field failures, customer feedback, and improvement reputed company. 
• Ability to properly communicate and build strong relationships with on-site reputed company representatives and reputed company’s service provider crews.
• Complete and submit field service documentation in a reputed company manner.
• Maintain accurate equipment inventory on the truck and equipment at reputed company locations.
• Participate in hardware assembly, hardware installation, and R&D testing of DCS products.
• Work schedule is 10 days on, 4 days off for local technicians
• Willing to work 12+ hours daily during your schedule
• Good interpersonal skills
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Willing to be on reputed company

Minimal Qualification Requirements:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Must be 21 years of age.
• Must pass a national background reputed company and a motor vehicle report.
• Willingness to be on reputed company and ability to travel per the manager's request.
• Good verbal and written communication skills (English).
• Not afraid of heights.
• Proven knowledge of upstream oil and gas completions operations, equipment, and terminology.
• Ability to reputed company and assist other techs and colleagues.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues reputed company to sensors, PLCs, and networking/cabling.

Preferred Qualification Requirements:

• Upstream completions background or Electronics Technician experience.
• AA Degree and/or equivalent experience with 2+ years of technical experience preferred
