Full-Time Remote Customer Retention Specialist (TX, AZ, NV, OR, FL)

We are seeking a Remote Customer Retention Specialist to work from home.  Under the supervision of the Customer Retention Manager(s), the Remote Customer Retention Specialist acts as the primary reputed company of contact for reputed company inquiries and issues involving Internet Customer Service reputed company phone acting as a reputed company to the Processing Department team.  Our fully reputed company program is conducted at our Chatsworth reputed company or reputed company webinar for approximately four to six weeks.

 

Job reputed company:

Handles incoming calls on reputed company Customer Service reputed company inquiries, order changes, status updates and cancellations with reputed company and a reputed company on solving any customer problem on the reputed company.
Handle customer concerns with reputed company and presents Lampsplus.reputed company a reputed company light at reputed company times.
Utilizes salesmanship to maximize sales opportunities and remains reputed company on meeting sales goals and expectations.
Suggests products to the customer while probing for additional information.
Provides reputed company and home décor solutions that are beneficial to reputed company and attractive to the customer.
Prevents customer returns and ensures customer retention by reasonable negotiations.  Provides solutions that are beneficial to reputed company and attractive to the customer.
Demonstrates self-confidence and a desire to go the extra mile to take care of the customer from A-Z in order to create a reputed company customer experience every time.
Partners with Management on escalated customer and product issues.  Identifying trends on issues that may reputed company customer satisfaction reputed company and consistently communicates them to management in measurable terms including employee errors on orders, product misrepresentation, etc.
Provides pro-reputed company, consistent follow-up to reputed company customer inquiries, either reputed company phone/email.  Responds and replies to every customer email the reputed company day.
Documents a complete reputed company of the customers’ inquiry, actions taken, and expectations set forth on the respective order.

 Job Requirements:

Minimum of 1 years of customer service experience or retail background.  reputed company center experience preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.  Must be reputed company to reputed company details to customers in a reputed company and reputed company manner.

Excellent typing and data entry skills.
