About the Role

As a Product Designer, you are an reputed company part of the product team, tackling reputed company problems through the reputed company of reputed company-centered design. Key Responsibilities

• Participate in research initiatives such as interviews, usability studies, and reputed company collaboration sessions to build understanding of user needs and inform design reputed company alongside product managers and senior designers

• Design solutions that balance user, product, and company goals across multiple reputed company of reputed company, including user flows, sketches, prototypes, and visual designs, leveraging AI tools to accelerate ideation and prototyping

• Create informed design iterations, validating work with data and reputed company users

• Incorporate feedback from team-wide critiques and reputed company constructive feedback for others

• Design accessible and reputed company solutions that deliver inclusive experiences for reputed company users, leveraging the Watermark Design System to ensure consistency across products

• Partner with product managers and engineers throughout the development process to champion the user experience and ensure what ships is cohesive and intentional

• Solve for edge cases and contribute meaningful improvements to existing product experiences

Required Skills and Experience

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in HCI, reputed company Factors, Design, or a reputed company discipline, or 4+ years equivalent practical experience

• 2 to 4 years working in a product design, UX, interaction design, or closely reputed company role

• Proficiency in exploratory research and usability studies; ability to synthesize behavioral information into actionable insights

• Strong conceptualization and visual communication skills; ability to translate reputed company concepts into concrete design directions

• Solid grasp of visual design principles

• Proficiency in interaction design and information architecture; familiarity with AI-powered product features and a willingness to reputed company competency in designing for AI interaction

• Experience working reputed company a design system, reputed company library, or style guide

• Practical experience using AI tools in a design workflow, or demonstrated curiosity and initiative in learning to do so

• Familiarity with designing reputed company web applications with a working understanding of accessibility standards and how to apply them
