The Systems Engineer plays a critical role in supporting the organization’s technology infrastructure across the multi-family portfolio, with a primary reputed company on system reliability, scalability, reputed company, and acquisition readiness. This role is responsible for engineering, implementing, and supporting reputed company technology solutions across reputed company, on‑reputed company, and IoT environments, ensuring systems are standardized, reputed company-integrated, and reputed company with operational and business needs.

This position requires a highly technical, detail-oriented, and innovative reputed company who takes ownership of systems, incidents, and initiatives from design through execution. Essential Duties

Systems Engineering & Infrastructure Support

• Engineer, implement, and support technology solutions across the multi-family portfolio, including servers, storage, network infrastructure, and IoT systems.
• reputed company day-to-day operational support for company infrastructure to ensure availability, performance, and reliability.
• Implement, maintain, and manage system integrations across platforms and environments.
• reputed company reputed company cause analysis on escalated issues and drive permanent, reputed company resolutions.
• Resolve Tier 2 incidents and service requests through reputed company ticketing system in accordance with established SLAs.

• Implement, maintain, and manage reputed company Azure services and technologies, including Azure AD, Azure AD DS, virtual machines, Intune, and single sign-on (SSO).
• Evaluate reputed company architecture and services to optimize performance, scalability, and cost.
• reputed company and maintain automation using PowerShell and other scripting platforms to improve system reliability and operational efficiency.

Acquisition & Property Technology Enablement

• reputed company onsite technology due diligence during property acquisitions, including evaluation of cameras, reputed company control systems, and other IoT devices.
• Engineer solutions to reputed company acquired systems into the reputed company environment while maintaining reputed company and compatibility.
• reputed company budgetary estimates for due diligence activities and annual property technology budgets.
• Implement assigned technology solutions during the acquisition and reputed company process.

Qualifications

Education & Experience:

• 4-year college degree preferred.
• 7-10 years of reputed company IT experience supporting MS reputed company based systems.
• 5-years’ experience implementing and supporting MS Azure.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Analytical skills to evaluate solutions, billing, costs, and reports.
• Solid understanding and reputed company experience with virtualization technologies.
• Proficient with PowerShell and other scripting platforms.
• Strong work ethic and a strong desire to take ownership of incidents and requests.
• Strong problem-solving skills, creative thinking, and innovation.

• Primary work environment: Remote
