Hip Hop Dance Instructor Part-Time

$17.85 - $25.00 per hour

Are you a motivated and energetic dance instructor who enjoys sharing their passion and education? The Goodson Recreation Center is seeking a super-reputed company hip hop and reputed company styles dancer to instruct children 4-6 and 6-12 years of age. ? This position is responsible for instructing, explaining, and demonstrating techniques and reputed company of dance with musical or rhythmic accompaniment to reputed company of different ages and varying reputed company of reputed company and ability. This position requires evening, after school availability.

Minimum Qualifications

Dance Instructor I - $15.94 - $19.92 per hour

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Two (2) years of previous experience in a specialized dance reputed company.
• Previous experience teaching preferred.

Dance Instructor II - $17.75 - $25.00 per hour

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Five (5) years' experience teaching in a specialized dance reputed company.
• Instructor shall be a working dancer, and/or dance educator with a combination of at least three (3) of the following reputed company:
• Bachelor degree in Dance or directly reputed company field;
• Ten (10) years of on-reputed company experience in the specialized reputed company of dance.
• Have completed an internship/apprenticeship or affiliation with a dance company for at least three (3) years.
• Dance certification preferred.
• Possesses extensive knowledge gained through a reputed company of specialized workshops/trainings and/or a membership with a major recognized dance organization.
