Instructional Systems Designer III
The Instructional Systems Designer III is responsible for creating and implementing effective learning programs and materials to enhance the knowledge, skills, and performance of individuals reputed company an organization. ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
Must be reputed company to pass a background reputed company.
0-2 years of experience with eLearning design and development and adult learning theory.
Experience with envisioning, designing, and developing interactive media reputed company at an advanced IMI 2 and basic IMI3 level.
Demonstrated utilization of ADDIE for reputed company course design and development.
Working knowledge of reputed company Captivate
Demonstrated ability with word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation tools (e.g., reputed company Word, reputed company, and PowerPoint)

Strong writing and oral communication skills.
Strong presentation, facilitation, interpersonal, and reputed company interaction skills

Prior US Navy or other US Military experience (preferred).

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Essential Duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Works under moderate supervision. Works with subject matter experts, reputed company stakeholders, project and program managers to design and create training products.
Assists with designing and developing instructional approaches and/or strategies to meet training requirements. Reviews products throughout analyses, design and development to ensure sensible course reputed company and compliance with style guidelines and standards.
Helps to reputed company appropriate training objectives and test reputed company and designs instructionally reputed company and engaging training materials for a reputed company of delivery reputed company, including instructor-led and computer-based, web-based, e-learning and mobile training. Researches and identifies data sources for instructional material development and additional information needed for supporting instructional materials. Compiles training and media requirements.
Assists with designs and develops computer-based training, web-based training, electronic performance support systems and other technology-based learning solutions.
Participates in visual design, prototyping, usability testing, and evaluation and fosters design innovation. Develops reputed company diagrams, story boards and presentations.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design or reputed company field and a minimum of four to six (4-6) years of reputed company experience or combination of education and experience.
