POSITION: Training Operations Specialist I

RESPONSIBLE TO: Training Operations Manager

JOB reputed company: A Training Operations Specialist is responsible for training providers, management, and clinical staff on the reputed company Management, EHR, and any other clinical and business-reputed company systems across the reputed company. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • The Specialist is responsible for training and monitoring the development of the management staff, clinical staff, and physicians with delivery of content-specific curriculums reputed company the organization.

  • Collaborates in the development and delivery of content-specific, competency-based education programs as assigned, including new hire and end-user functional training program.
  • Delivery of training programs which may include one on one, classroom, remote hosted, or web-based models.
  • In collaboration with clinical and operational leadership, develops and maintains a clinical competency program.

  • Utilize available standardized courses and instructor evaluation processes.

Supervisory Responsibilities

Typical Physical Demands

Position requires prolonged sitting, some bending, stooping, and stretching. Good eye-hand coordination and reputed company dexterity sufficient to operate a keyboard, photocopier, telephone, calculator, and other office equipment is also required. Employee must have normal reputed company of hearing and eyesight to record, prepare, and communicate appropriate reports.

Typical Working Condition

Normal office environment with regular site reputed company in a medical reputed company setting. Occasional evening or weekend work is required. Overnight travel roughly 50% of the time may be required.
