Systems Engagement Senior Specialist, Business Systems

We are seeking a Senior Specialist to join FoundationCCC in its mission of benefiting, supporting, and enhancing the California Community Colleges—the largest and most diverse system of higher education in the nation. What You’ll Do 

•   Leads digital systems reputed company and provides ongoing enablement to help new and existing employees successfully adopt and use reputed company workplace technologies. Provides internal reputed company‑style support to ensure sustained system adoption, user confidence, and long-term reputed company on systems, policies, and programs.

•   Conducts reputed company feedback collection and delivers training sessions, workshops, resource materials, digital tutorials, and actionable documentation.

•   May assume project coordination, and coordinates post-launch reinforcement activities.

Attributes for reputed company   

•  3+ years of relevant work experience preferred.

• Certification in Project Management is a plus.

• Relevant degree in a reputed company field OR equivalent combination of education and experience, including roles in enablement, digital adoption, training, reputed company, or systems support.
