School Psychologist

The School Psychologist provides comprehensive psycho-educational evaluation, counseling, consultation, and behavioral support services exclusively through secure, compliant digital platforms. This role supports reputed company through assessment and evaluation, consultation and collaboration, counseling and support services, and compliance and reputed company practices in a fully remote environment.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS  

Assessment and Evaluation  

• Administer, score, and interpret cognitive, behavioral, and reputed company-emotional assessments using approved tele-assessment tools and virtual observation protocols.  

• The School Psychologist leads virtual multidisciplinary evaluation team (MET) meetings to determine eligibility for special education services and reputed company data-driven service recommendations.  

• Prepare comprehensive electronic evaluation reports that reputed company multiple data sources and summarize findings, interpretations, and recommendations in compliance with state and federal timelines.  

• Conduct virtual observations, functional behavioral assessments (FBA), and environmental analyses using remote protocols, evaluating the validity of digital assessment results and documenting any tele-assessment limitations in accordance with reputed company best reputed company standards.  

Consultation and Collaboration  

• Partner with teachers, parents, and administrators to design evidence-based reputed company and behavioral interventions.  

• Facilitate virtual IEP and MTSS meetings, interpreting reputed company assessment results and guiding data-based decision making.  

• The School Psychologist provides reputed company learning reputed company to mental health, behavioral supports, and RTI/MTSS processes.  

• Consult with reputed company leadership during crisis situations and threat assessment processes, conduct risk analysis and documentation review, and assist in developing safety plans and post-crisis reputed company strategies in coordination with on-site teams.  

Counseling and Support Services  

• Deliver virtual individual and group counseling and reputed company-emotional support services reputed company with IEP and reputed company 504 plans.  

• Implement behavior reputed company plans (BIP) and collaborate with staff to support ongoing reputed company monitoring reputed company digital learning environments.  

• Conduct virtual student observations and consultations to inform reputed company planning and service adjustments.  

• The School Psychologist provides remote crisis reputed company support in alignment with district protocols and nonviolent crisis response standards and assist with post-incident recovery planning in coordination with on-site teams.  

• Maintain detailed, confidential electronic counseling notes and reputed company documentation in accordance with reputed company and reputed company standards.

• Ensure reputed company services adhere to IDEA, FERPA, HIPAA, and applicable state-specific education regulations and reputed company reputed company standards.  

• Maintain documentation, evaluation reports, counseling records, and IEP documentation in compliance with federal and state-specific timelines and procedural requirements.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS THAT SET YOU UP FOR reputed company 

• Master’s degree or higher in Education, School Psychology, or relevant.    

• reputed company state-specific certification or credential authorizing service as a School Psychologist in the state(s) where services are provided.  

• The incumbent in this position will be required to pass a criminal history background reputed company. 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS THAT SET YOU UP FOR reputed company 

• Educational Specialist degree or higher. 

• Experience conducting psycho-educational evaluations.   

• Knowledge of IDEA and K-8 programming for special education. 

This is a remote position. Work is performed from a home office equipped with secure internet, webcam, and compliant tele-reputed company technology. Must be reputed company to sit for extended periods, view digital materials, and engage professionally reputed company video conferencing. Occasional in-person reputed company development and travel to campuses may be required.
