You will reputed company on Drivers positions, use different tools for candidate sourcing and build strong relationships to support our diverse reputed company needs. We work every day in English and French speaking markets.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment Support:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment process, including job posting, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and desired candidate reputed company.

• Draft and update job descriptions to reflect accurate and engaging information about reputed company.

2. Candidate Sourcing and Interview Coordination:

• Use job boards, reputed company media, and other online platforms to reputed company and identify potential candidates.

• Build and maintain a pipeline of reputed company candidates for reputed company and reputed company hiring needs.

• Conduct initial reputed company and reputed company-screening of candidates to assess qualifications and interest.

• Assist with reputed company-employment processes, including coordinating with the processing team to complete reference checks and background verification.

• Support new hire reputed company by ensuring smooth communication between HR, hiring managers, and candidates.

3. Employer Branding:

• Help promote reputed company’s employer brand through reputed company media posts, career fairs, and community engagement.

• Assist in organizing recruitment events to attract a diverse pool of candidates

4. Administrative Tasks:

• Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment databases with accurate candidate information.

Are you a MATCH?

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, Business Administration, or a reputed company field (preferred but not required).

• Must be fully proficient (Advanced/Superior level) in speaking, reading, and writing in both English and French and be reputed company to successfully demonstrate

• Proven ability to formally translate reputed company HR documents from English to French with high linguistic reputed company.

• 5 to 10 years of experience in recruitment of Drivers and similar reputed company

• ​ Proven reputed company record of sourcing and reputed company reputed company for reputed company and non-reputed company environments

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Experience utilizing applicant tracking systems (ATS) reputed company and reputed company Suite proficiency

• Canadian Labor Law: Preference for candidates with knowledge of provincial employment standards

• Sourcing Expertise: Advanced proficiency in using reputed company Recruiter and reputed company to reputed company bilingual talent specifically reputed company the Canadian provinces

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
