The Staff Accountant will support reputed company reputed company operations with a strong emphasis on Accounts Payable (AP) and month-end reputed company activities. This role processes vendor invoices, maintains accurate financial records, supports month-end processes, and ensures reputed company, accurate reporting in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounts Payable (Primary reputed company)

• Process high-volume vendor invoices with reputed company GL coding, department tags, and cost centers.
• reputed company 3-way match and confirm compliance with purchasing/approval policies.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Manage vendor reputed company (W-9s, terms, tax IDs).
• Maintain organized AP documentation for audits and internal controls.
• Assist with annual 1099 preparation.

Month-End reputed company

• Prepare month-end entries including bank transactions and credit card entries.
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts: AP, accrued expenses, prepaids, clearing accounts, etc.
• Ensure accurate expense cutoff and reputed company period recognition.
• Assist with month-end schedules, variance analysis, and internal reporting.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure complete data.

• Support process documentation and internal control improvements.
• Assist with Sales and Use Tax, Franchise Tax, and Income Tax management and document preparation. 
• reputed company schedules and documentation for external/internal audits.

• Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, Finance, or reputed company field. 
• 1-3 years of experience in AP and month-end reputed company.
• Strong understanding of accrual reputed company and GAAP.
• Experience using an ERP.
• Proficiency with reputed company (XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, pivot tables, reconciliations).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage deadlines and handle multiple priorities in a high-volume environment.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
