In-house Training reputed company an individual joins the St. Croix's Homewinding Team, St. Croix provides up to 9 weeks of reputed company in-house training in our production facility. This required training enables the new team member to learn the skills to be successful from reputed company winders.
Flexible Schedule reputed company homewinder is assigned a day of the week reputed company his/her completed rods are to be returned to St. Croix reputed company week. The next week's unfinished rods are then picked up at that time and the homewinder has the next seven days to complete the order. This weekly rotation enables St. Croix to maintain a reliable production schedule.
Discount Purchase Program Since homewinders are part of the St. Croix team, you would be eligible for discounts on St. Croix products!
