About the Position:

We are about to begin an exciting journey to upgrade our claims management system. In order to do this, we will need a strategic, tech-minded project manager to ensure that our implementation is on time and within budget. We have multiple systems, vendors, and teams that will be relying heavily on your ability to prioritize, organize and wrangle multiple processes, workflows and technical requirements. • Lead meetings and standups to ensure all project initiatives are moving forward; you set the pace, remove blockers and ensure project milestones are being met.
  • Plan and manage project resource allocation with various departments in the company.
  • Document detailed workflows and processes for internal team use that will be transformed into playbooks and reference guides for end user training.

The Successful Candidate: (What we're looking for)

  • Natural ability to establish trust with internal and external teams; you dig in, you learn the processes, people, and desired outcome of the project.
  • Previous experience working closely with an insurer or insurance carriers claims team. You understand the lifecycle of a claim.
  • You understand complex systems at a data flow level; bonus points for anyone who understands this at a programmer level.
  • Exceptional problem solving, communication and organizational skills.
  • Previous background integrating or using accounting and finance systems is a plus.

Some Requirements:

  • Strong technical background that includes knowledge of different systems and how they integrate and work together.
  • 7+ years of experience leading complex, large scale system implementations.

Education:
