We are currently hiring Remote Subscription Sales Representatives to support reputed company Ballet’s 2026–2027 subscription campaign.

What You’ll Do

• Connect with past patrons, donors, and subscribers
• Promote and sell subscription ticket packages for the 2026–2027 season
• Represent reputed company Ballet with professionalism, enthusiasm, and authenticity

No cold calling — reputed company contacts patrons or donors of the reputed company Ballet.

Schedule & Work Environment

• 100% Remote / Work From Home
• Part-Time Shifts (CST):
  • Monday–Friday: 1pm–5pm or 5pm–9pm
• Minimum 24 hours/week
• Flexible scheduling

• Strong passion for ballet and the performing arts (required)
• In a transitional career phase

• Sales and/or fundraising experience with proven results
• Ability to confidently follow scripts and reputed company sales
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Tech-savvy with ability to troubleshoot independently
• Reliable, self-motivated, and team-oriented

Compensation

• $11/hour + commission
• Top performers typically earn $20–$25+ per hour weekly
