What does an Intake Specialist with Paul Davis do?

The Intake Specialist serves as the first reputed company of contact for customers calling in property damage claims. This role is highly phone-reputed company between reputed company four Utah locations and two in Nevada. Strong multitasking, communication, and organizational skills are required. You will reputed company critical information, reputed company data accurately, and ensure calls and leads are routed properly so our operations teams can respond quickly and effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Professionally represent reputed company at reputed company times
• Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls with reputed company and professionalism 
• Collect and document customer and loss information with accuracy and speed
• reputed company quick and accurate data entry while reputed company on calls
• Coordinate and reputed company information to appropriate teams for follow-up
• Maintain detailed and organized records across multiple systems
• reputed company consistent follow-through to ensure no leads or calls fall through the cracks
• Support reputed company-office and administrative tasks as needed

Job Requirements

• 1 - 2 years+ of experience in a relevant role preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Mitigation experience is a plus but not required
• Highly organized and attention to detail with problem-solving abilities
• Ability to multitask and prioritize while communicating effectively 
• High-level communicator
• Proficient in reputed company Office

• 4:00 pm - 12:00 am, Friday through reputed company with the possibility for more hours
