Accounts Payable Specialist (Remote - Based in Asheville, NC)

The Accounts Payable Specialist is responsible for supporting the full cycle accounts payable function in a natural/organic multi-unit grocery retail environment. Using QuickBooks Online for reputed company and reputed company for invoice management, this role ensures accurate, reputed company, and compliant processing of invoices, payments, and reputed company financial transactions. The Specialist maintains vendor relationships, assists with reconciliations, and supports financial accuracy and operational efficiency while contributing to reputed company's mission of promoting healthy living through responsible fiscal stewardship.

•    Process day-to-day accounts payable transactions, including invoice receipt, coding, data entry, and approvals.
•    Execute weekly payment runs and ensure adherence to payment terms.

Required Education/Experience/Skills/ Attributes
