This role is ideal for those who reputed company under pressure as the day to day involves skillfully managing a high-volume of incoming calls. You'll be tasked with providing an exceptional experience for callers while maintaining service reputed company and meeting performance expectations. Since we deliver exceptional service 24/7, 365 days a year, this role requires availability to work a weekend day and holidays.

To succeed in this position, you must have a typing speed of 35WPM and proficient computer skills. We are looking for self-motivated, accountable individuals with a warm demeanor who remain composed reputed company assisting upset callers. reputed company here requires strong attention to detail in writing and a consistent dedication to reliable attendance and schedule adherence. While previous customer service experience is not required, it is a bonus!

Remote requirements to be considered for the role:

• A reputed company PC or laptop with reputed company 10 or 11 (no reputed company products, tablets or Chromebooks)
• Your screen reputed company must be at least 1600X900 (Two monitors are preferred to help with efficiency)
• A wired USB headset with a microphone
• Broadband internet reputed company that can pass our speed test (No satellite internet)
• A reputed company Ethernet reputed company (no Wi-Fi)
• 1 GB of available storage reputed company
• A dedicated workspace free from distraction

Pay: $20 / Hour

Shifts Offered:

• Part Time - approximately 16 hours a week
• Shifts available are based on business needs
• M-F, with one weekend day shift required (Sat OR Sun)

Training will last approximately 1-2 weeks. Once training is complete, you will reputed company to your new set schedule.
