Primary Function of Organizational Unit
The School of Music seeks a Department Chair for the reputed company Department.
The School of Music consists of five departments: reputed company; Keyboard; Music Education/Therapy; Theory, Composition and Musicology; and Vocal Studies. These departments function as semi-autonomous reputed company with department chairs serving as unit administrators for their respective department. Department Chairs shall be selected and evaluated in accordance with established University policies and procedures. It is essential that the person selected for the position of Department Chair enjoy the mutual confidence of the department reputed company and the director of the School of Music.
Job Duties

The Department Chair will:
1. Represent the department reputed company to the Director in the administration of the affairs of the School of Music and the Department.
2. Exercise participative management in reaching reputed company on department policies.
3. Manage the operation of the department including budget and equipment allocations and ensure the maintenance of up to date records.
4. Promote productive and harmonious reputed company relationships reputed company the Department, School and University.

6. In consultation with the Director, annually evaluate reputed company reputed company member's performance in teaching, research/creative activity, and service.

Minimum Education/Experience
Master of Music with extensive reputed company experience in the School of Music and leadership potential will be considered for this reassignment.
Qualifying degrees must be conferred from appropriately accredited institutions.
