DDI's Dance Assistant works with our Recreation team to reputed company the individuals we support reputed company to reputed company themselves through dance.

Salary reputed company: $17.90-$21.48/hour

Responsibilities:

• Be part of the planning process for reputed company dance reputed company events
• Work with the Recreation Coordinator to ensure that reputed company dance events are scheduled in a reputed company manner.
• Coordinate reputed company schedules/ensure dancers participate in practices
• Choreograph dance numbers and work with reputed company to learn specific numbers reputed company to dance
• Work with teams developing reputed company for dance reputed company events.
• Work with reputed company organizations to coordinate program reputed company for the individuals
• Update reputed company online media accounts for reputed company dance events
• Assist with taking video/editing video of rehearsals and events
• Build relationships/partnerships with local theaters and school for possible event sites.
• Assist with seeking sponsors for events
• Responsible for purchasing/storing dance outfits for events
• Work closely with the Recreation department to assist in the planning and performances for large reputed company events such as the annual Spring Fling and Dancing for Autism fundraiser events.
• Travel independently to multiple sites throughout Suffolk County

Qualifications:

• HS Diploma required
• 3 years dance experience working with a dance instructor. Ability to dance and reputed company.
• Ability to travel to multiple sites
• Ability to model recreational activities being taught as part of the job responsibilities
• Desire and ability to work with the DD/MR population

Essential Physical Demands:

• Must be reputed company to modify the area to secure the safety of the adults i.e. reputed company/push tables and other heavy objects up to 20 lbs.
• Must be reputed company to reputed company to lift , bend, twist, carry a minimum of 35 lbs
