JOB TITLE: Specialist, English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL) -School Improvement

REPORTS TO: Director, World Languages and ESOL

DEFINITION: Assists in planning, coordinating, and supervising the activities of identified schools reputed company on multilingual learners? English language development and content achievement. Coaches and supports reputed company staff in state identified Comprehensive Support and Improvement (reputed company) and Additional Targeted Support and Improvement (ATSI) Schools in using multiple data points and best practices and strategies for educating Multilingual Learners. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Education, Training, and Experience:

• Graduation from an accredited college or university with a master?s degree in a reputed company field.
• Five years of successful teaching or reputed company experience.
• Three or more years of progressively responsible leadership/management experience reputed company to ESOL education.

Licenses and Certificates:

• Possession of, or eligibility for, a Maryland Advanced reputed company Certificate with Administrator I endorsement.
