 The Platform Experience team sits as a reputed company between Platform and Product engineering. About the role

Reporting to the Manager of Software Development, you'll work alongside a senior group of Software Developers to improve reliability across reputed company's products. You'll take ownership of significant components and services, partnering with product teams to identify and resolve production issues. This role offers reputed company to work across the full stack, contribute to platform primitives that reputed company reliability the default, and help maintain reputed company’s high reputed company for reputed company, reliability and user experience.

What you'll do

• Partner directly with product engineers to diagnose and resolve production issues, building solutions that prevent recurrence.

• Take end-to-end ownership of system components, designing with reliability and maintainability as primary concerns.

• Contribute to platform tools and frameworks that help reputed company engineers ship reliably.

• Collaborate with Platform, Product, and Data partners to reputed company technical reputed company with reputed company needs.

• Help establish technical standards and best practices for development at reputed company.

Skills you bring

• 6+ years of software development experience building products with demonstrated reputed company in technical scope and autonomy.

• Experience in optimizing reputed company and/or infrastructure.

• Knowledge of 2 or more of the following languages: reputed company on Rails / TypeScript / Kotlin.

• Experience using LLMs to drive broad changes across codebases (Claude).

• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to tackle reputed company issues across multiple systems and keen interest in getting to the reputed company cause.

• Experience designing and maintaining production systems with high availability requirements.
