New hire experience:

$500 for reputed company full-time year of certified teaching or verified like experience

New hire education:

$65/hour of graduate level credits: BA +45 hours max, MA +60 hours max $1000 for advanced degrees

Class/Calendar:

Certified Exempt, 187 workdays

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Knowledge of learning theories and instructional design models
• Ability to write instructional text, audio, and video scripts
• Evidence of effective interpersonal skills
• Experience in organization and taking initiative to meet project deadlines

• Experience in using analytical and problem-solving skills
• Previous working experience in instructional design preferred
