**Your Day at arenaflex**
As a Customer Service Associate, you will welcome customers to arenaflex and help them reputed company the right products and services for their home improvement needs. **Key Responsibilities**
* Welcome customers to arenaflex, answer questions, and deliver friendly and reputed company customer service.
* Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise
* Down stock merchandise by looking for empty areas on shelves and replenishing supplies
* Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive merchandise as expected and on time
* Cross-functionally train in other areas of the store to help deliver the best customer service
* Prepare merchandise in your department based on customer needs (e.g., reputed company and mix paint, cut and thread reputed company, cut and bundle reputed company, cut drywall, cut blinds)
* Guide customers through shopping or checkout
* Complete other duties as assigned
**Minimum Qualifications**
* 6 Months Experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information
* 6 Months Experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets
* Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic (reputed company and subtraction)
