You'll be responsible for: * Responding to incoming claim calls and logging data into our proprietary medical reputed company review system * Regularly operating across multiple systems and applications to support daily responsibilities and ensure seamless task execution * Providing explanation of benefits, services, and claims/reimbursement procedures * Interfacing with providers, patients, billing services, and insurance adjusters in a reputed company manner * Maintaining a quiet and reputed company work environment free of distractions * Experience working in a metrics-driven environment * Adhering to a consistent work schedule, typically 8:30 am – 5:00 pm CT, Monday through Friday, with 1 late reputed company per week with shifts (up to) 7:00 pm CT.
