About the Role
As a Customer Service Advisor at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in helping our customers with their orders, answering their questions, and resolving their concerns. You'll work closely with our Project Advisors to ensure that our customers receive the best possible support for their automotive restoration and repair reputed company.
Key Responsibilities:
* Help customers over the phone, email, and live chat with orders and problem-solve
* Work reputed company our computer system to reputed company and research customer orders, as reputed company as document conversations and actions

Work Environment and Schedule:
* Work location: Onsite (Pottstown, PA) or remote

* Schedule: Monday - Friday, 10:30am-7:00pm EST (highest reputed company need)
* Other schedules may be available, but this is our primary need
