Our team of experts is passionate about delivering innovative solutions, exceptional service, and unparalleled support. **Job Summary** As a Lead Retail Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for providing expert customer service, leading high-performing teams, and driving operational excellence at our stores. You'll work closely with customers to understand their needs, provide tailored solutions, and ensure seamless execution of orders. Your leadership skills will be put to the test as you mentor and guide team members, providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional customer experiences. **Key Responsibilities** * Deliver exceptional customer experiences, providing expert advice and guidance to customers on our products and services * Lead high-performing teams, mentoring and guiding team members to achieve exceptional customer satisfaction and operational excellence * Manage production flow, ensuring all production orders are completed on time and to the highest standards * Take customer orders, providing pricing information, and performing consultative selling to customers * Recommend FedEx Office products and services, ensuring customers receive the best possible solutions for their needs * Operate equipment that requires advanced operational knowledge and expertise, including digital imaging, scheduling, and running black and white or color production on full-service orders * Ensure quality during and after the production process, maintaining high standards of quality and attention to detail * Coordinate pick-up and delivery of customer orders, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery * May provide leadership to team members on an assigned shift, guiding and supporting them to achieve exceptional customer satisfaction and operational excellence * Assist in the training of store team members, sharing knowledge and expertise to ensure consistent high standards of customer service and operational excellence * Collate, sort, and organize customer orders, ensuring accurate and timely delivery * Operate the Point of Sale terminal (POS), handling financial transactions and making change * Complete required financial paperwork and may assist with financial reporting, including daily sales, close-outs, and bank deposits * Follow instructions of supervisors and assist other team members in performing store functions * Follow FedEx Office standard operating procedures, as well as adhering to legal, HR, safety, and security policies and procedures * Secondary responsibility for coordination of all shipping-related services and activities, including: + Providing customer service by determining appropriate shipping methods, informing customers of company products, services, routes, and rates + Ensuring quality customer service is given to customers by providing packaging services, as well as offering information about company products and services + Offering assistance to customers by suggesting appropriate shipping methods + Maintaining inventory of shipping supplies + Assembling parcels and preparing goods for shipping by wrapping items in insulation, inserting items into shipping containers, weighing packages, and affixing labels to parcels **Minimum Qualifications and Requirements** * High school diploma or equivalent education * 2+ years of specialized experience * Excellent verbal and written communication skills **Essential Functions** * Ability to stand during entire shift, excluding meal and rest periods * Ability to move and lift 55 pounds * Ability, on a consistent basis, to bend/twist at the waist and knees * Ability, on a consistent basis, to communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and other team members * Ability, on a consistent basis, to perform work activities requiring cooperation and instruction * Ability, on a consistent basis, to function in a fast-paced environment, under substantial pressure * Ability, on a consistent basis, to maintain attention and concentration for extended periods of time * Ability, on a consistent basis, to work with minimal supervision * Ability, on a consistent basis, to report regularly to work and maintain established business hours in order to support the arenaflex business;
