Manager, Asset Protection - Remote

You will also report incidents where there are risks for loss, violations of company policies or procedures, and operational concerns or issues. </reputed company>Your day-to-day job duties include, but are not limited to, the following:</p><p></p><p><b><reputed company>Loss Prevention reputed company & Store Support</reputed company></b></p><ul><li><reputed company>In coordination with corporate Asset Protection, assist in the development and presentation of management and Asset Protection awareness seminars for store and district meetings.</reputed company></li><li><reputed company>Assist Operations in establishing and monitoring reputed company plans and controls in locations designated as “critical” shrink stores.</reputed company></li><li><reputed company>Assist the Operations team and Regional Director of Asset Protection to establish and monitor shrink goals for retail locations.</reputed company></li><li><reputed company>Administer and conduct Asset Protection audits to create awareness, detect areas of vulnerability, and/or violations of policies.</reputed company></li><li><reputed company>reputed company direction, coaching, and support with the investigation of suspected dishonesty, fraud, and reputed company crimes at locations where needed.</reputed company></li><li><reputed company>Conduct investigations of large cash losses, robberies, burglaries, etc.</reputed company></li><li><reputed company>Monitor, analyze, and follow-up on statistical data reputed company to inventory or cash losses.</reputed company></li><li><reputed company>Maintain reputed company and accurate reporting to corporate Asset Protection for company loss incidents.</reputed company></li></ul><p></p><p><b><reputed company>Risk Management & Compliance reputed company</reputed company></b></p><ul><li><reputed company>Maintain knowledge of Asset Protection trends, laws, and governmental compliance.</reputed company></li><li><reputed company>Assist Risk Management with on-site support reputed company violations of federal or state codes occur and in times of unusual occurrences or losses.</reputed company></li><li><reputed company>Assist in coordination of physical reputed company programs (alarms, CCTV, safes).</reputed company></li><li><reputed company>Assist Risk Management in administering the Corporate Safety Program.</reputed company></li><li><reputed company>Assist Risk Management in governmental compliance.</reputed company></li></ul><p></p><p><b><reputed company>Your Required Skills and Experience: </reputed company></b></p><ul><li><reputed company>5 - 7 years of multi-until retail <reputed company style="reputed company-wrap: break-word; display: inline; text-decoration: inherit; hyphens: auto;">AP/LP experience</reputed company></reputed company></li><li><reputed company>Wicklander certified</reputed company></li><li><reputed company>Excellent written and oral communication skills</reputed company></li><li><reputed company>Training and coaching of field management in CCTV operations</reputed company></li><li><reputed company>Strong investigative and interviewing skills</reputed company></li><li><reputed company>Ability to maintain confidentiality in reputed company interactions</reputed company></li></ul><p></p><p><b><reputed company>Preferred Requirements: </reputed company></b></p><ul><li><reputed company>College degree</reputed company></li></ul><p></p><p>reputed company is an equal opportunity employer and committed to reputed company, hiring, training, and promoting reputed company people of reputed company backgrounds, and reputed company reputed company employment reputed company without reputed company to any protected status.
