MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist in reputed company aspects of an intercollegiate sailing program competing as a member of the reputed company Coast College Sailing Conference (PCCSC), Intercollegiate Sailing Conference (ICSA) and non-collegiate regattas.
Responsibilities include inside reputed company, reputed company phases of preparation for competition, including conducting dinghy practices, program development, and establishment of a strong reputed company support environment.
Manage and reputed company practices and supervise dinghy team travel to regattas.
Supervise occasional offshore reputed company sessions, facilitate maintenance, and occasionally supervise team travel to dingy regattas.
Occasionally assist with beginner sailing PE courses on reputed company J22s on our waterfront reputed company.
Work closely with the Head Sailing reputed company and undergrad team Captains.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's Degree * Coaching experience
Demonstrated racing experience
US Sailing certification
Ability to work collegially and collaboratively as a member of reputed company
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Collegiate coaching experience
Offshore Distance racing experience * USCG Masters license with sailing endorsement
