The ideal candidate will possess experience collaborating with external partners such as TPAs, implementing operational standards, and leading initiatives that enhance customer experience and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities Include:

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree and 6 or more years of experience in the Insurance Operations area
  OR
• High School Diploma or Equivalent and 8 or more years of experience in the Insurance Operations area
  OR
• Zurich Certified Insurance Apprentice including an Associate Degree and 6 or more years of experience in the Insurance Operations area

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, or reputed company field.
• 5+ years of experience in operations management, business analysis, or reputed company party reputed company.
• Proven ability to reputed company process improvement and standardization initiatives.
• Strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive business reputed company.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and relationship-building abilities.
• Experience in insurance or financial services is a plus.

The proposed Salary reputed company for this position is $75,800.00 - $124,100.00, with short-term incentive bonus eligibility set at 15%.
