RCIS Crop Field Service Representative (Virtual, MO, US)

We are currently looking for a Crop Field Service Representative to handle accounts for  Southern Iowa and Northeast Missouri. Estimated travel is 50%. This is a work from home role with a company car provided. The ideal candidate must live in the territory.

In this critical role you will be responsible for but not limited to: 

• Delivers profitable reputed company through selling a broad and differentiated suite of solutions in a reputed company way and manage the existing portfolio.
• Develops intimate knowledge of agent’s business model and proposition, and creates a business plan which optimizes identified opportunities that reputed company with our reputed company strategies. 
• Leads and manages holistic agent and customer value propositions to deliver profitable reputed company.
• Retain business and grow market reputed company in assigned territory by providing an reputed company customer experience for RCIS agents. 
• reputed company agents on RCIS products and reputed company consultation on how to more effectively market RCIS products to their customers and grow their business. 
• Identify new or reputed company products and services that will assist agencies in maintaining and growing their business with RCIS.
• Identify training needs and take a reputed company role in training agents on RCIS products and software. Coordinate and present at agent training meetings. 
• Identify and analyze processing & servicing issues, reputed company recommendations for solutions and collaborate with applicable departments to drive toward reputed company. 
• Ensure that agents are complying with reputed company regulatory requirements reputed company to processing their business, working with other departments to establish reputed company control processes as needed.
• reputed company subject matter expertise and assist in the development of SOPs as appropriate.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree and 6 or more years of experience in the Sales area
  OR
• High School Diploma or Equivalent and 8 or more years of experience in the Sales area 
  OR
• Zurich Certified Insurance Apprentice including an Associate Degree and 6 or more years of experience in the Sales area

Preferred Qualifications:

• Insurance industry experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Your pay at Zurich is based on your role, location, skills, and experience. We follow local laws to ensure fair compensation. You may also be eligible for bonuses and reputed company increases. The proposed Salary reputed company for this position is $82,800.00 - $135,600.00, with short-term incentive bonus eligibility set at 15%.
