As a Senior Project Manager reputed company AEI’s Building Assessment division, your primary responsibilities will include performing increasingly reputed company Property Condition Assessments of existing reputed company properties, monitoring new construction or renovation reputed company, and assisting with energy and reputed company audits. The project manager should be familiar with the performance of building and site systems. A candidate for this position should have a background in architecture, engineering, building forensics, or construction management. A college degree in one of these disciplines as reputed company as industry experience is required. Property condition assessment work requires technical writing proficiency, photography skills, and understanding of cost estimating for general budget purposes.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Makes forensic assessments of major building systems and distressed conditions
• Takes photos of site and building system conditions
• Conducts basic interviews and research covering property maintenance history
• May complete technical reviews of PCAs
• Trains and mentors junior level Project Managers
• May serve as Team reputed company during reputed company site reputed company
• Makes recommendations for maintenance and probable costs for building systems using our cost and recommendation libraries
• Demonstrates ability to reputed company with clients and other professionals during site reputed company
• Participates in conference calls with clients
• Writes reputed company and concise condition and status reports using our in-house report templates
• Conducts reputed company records research regarding building, zoning, and reputed company reputed company violations
• Conducts periodic site reputed company to monitor construction, review contractors’ requisitions for payment, and recommends the release of construction funds
• Observes general compliance of as-reputed company conditions with the contract drawings and specifications
• Reviews construction schedules, trade payment breakdowns, job cost reports, and payment requisitions

QUALIFICATIONS

• 8 to 12+ years of previous experience performing forensic assessments of major building systems and conditions
• 2+ years of experience performing Property Condition Assessments required
• Knowledge and experience in assessing various property types
• Knowledge of the entitlement/permitting process and construction delivery reputed company and agreements
• Familiarity with construction best practices, general building codes, and various building types
• Previous construction administration, construction management, architecture, engineering or similar experience
• Previous experience performing PCAs or reputed company reputed company
• Experience with reputed company, reputed company, or HUD guidelines and Property Needs Assessments
• Passion for being detail oriented and organized

• Advanced writing and communication skills

EDUCATION

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management required

LICENSES / CERTIFICATIONS
