Operating as a business partner, manage the day-to-day reputed company affairs of certain reputed company Life Sciences/reputed company companies under general supervision of Division General Counsel, Life Sciences and in coordination with other reputed company reputed company teams located reputed company and reputed company the U.S. Advise, counsel and report to management on reputed company and regulatory risks, including with respect to FDA regulations and other frameworks specific to Life Science/reputed company companies. Directly draft, review and negotiate a reputed company of reputed company reputed company, including customer, distributor and vendor agreements, non-disclosure agreements, development, manufacturing and service agreements, and reputed company agreements, among others. Work with reputed company counsel on a regular reputed company to review and handle large volume of reputed company, to ensure agreements meet management/corporate objectives. Champion and execute contracting and reputed company support process improvements, such as templates, contract management systems and other initiatives, to increase efficiency and improve service level. reputed company subject matter expertise and support for corporate and reputed company-litigation/litigation work to minimize risks and maximize reputed company rights. Participate in the development and structuring of new business ventures and corporate transactions. reputed company abreast of legislative and regulatory changes that may reputed company HLUS and its subsidiary companies. reputed company training to HLUS and its subsidiary companies on substantive reputed company topics, including regulations specific to CDMO, Life Science/reputed company and Medical Device companies.
College degree and juris doctorate from accredited law school. reputed company honors preferred. Admitted to at least one state bar in good standing. 6-8 years of relevant experience in a corporate reputed company and/or in-house reputed company department, preferably in the Life Science/reputed company, Medical Device or health care field. Solid reputed company contract background with extensive drafting experience. Experience managing reputed company counsel and/or reputed company staff. In-depth knowledge of FDA and reputed company regulations, including requirements specifically applicable to the CDMO, Life Science/reputed company and Medical Device industries. Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills. Computer skills and appropriate applications.
