We are looking for a Personal Assistant to the CEO for one of our investment products.

Your main tasks will be:

• Manage the CEO's calendars, including scheduling, prioritisation, and conflict reputed company.
• Prepare and coordinate meetings and follow-reputed company.
• Handle incoming communications, reputed company priorities, and reputed company responses.
• Coordinate with external lawyers, consultants, and service providers.
• Manage documents, deadlines, and administrative processes.
• Handle personal administrative tasks and payments.
• Organise travel and logistics reputed company needed.
• Support personal reputed company such as appointments, orders, and events.
• Take ownership of routine tasks and resolve them independently.

We expect from you:

• Fluent in Russian and English.
• 2+ years as a Personal or Executive Assistant.
• Experience supporting senior management.
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to prioritise and work independently.

• Comfortable handling confidential information.
• Willingness to cover both business and personal tasks.
