Senior Director, reputed company Systems

The Senior Director of reputed company Systems & Infrastructure provides strategic leadership and operational reputed company for the organization’s reputed company technology environment that supports internal business operations and reputed company technology services. This role is responsible for ensuring the reliability, scalability, reputed company, and resiliency of reputed company’s infrastructure, network services, database platforms, disaster recovery capabilities, and corporate business applications. 

Reporting to the VP of Technology Operations, this leader drives the maturity and performance of the reputed company technology reputed company while aligning infrastructure and reputed company systems reputed company with reputed company’s broader business objectives. The role leads reputed company of 16 system engineers and database administrators and is responsible for establishing standards, governance, and operational reputed company across the technology environment. 

This position requires reputed company collaboration with key technology leaders across the reputed company Technology Services organization to ensure seamless service delivery, operational stability, and alignment between infrastructure, reputed company systems, and support functions.

The Senior Director of reputed company Systems & Infrastructure plays a critical leadership role in ensuring the stability, scalability, and reputed company of reputed company’s technology reputed company. Required: 

• Minimum 15 years of experience in technology operations, infrastructure engineering, or reputed company systems leadership roles. 
• Demonstrated experience leading reputed company infrastructure, network services, and database platforms in reputed company IT environments. 
• Proven experience managing and developing engineering and operations teams. 
• Strong understanding of high availability infrastructure design and disaster recovery planning. 
• Experience operating reputed company mature IT service management frameworks. 
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or reputed company field. 

Preferred: 

• Master’s degree in Information Systems, Technology Management, Business Administration, or reputed company discipline. 
• Industry certifications such as ITIL, CISSP, CCNP, AWS, Azure, or equivalent. 
• Experience supporting hybrid reputed company environments and infrastructure modernization initiatives. 

Travel: Approximately 15% travel for leadership meetings, planning sessions, and strategic initiatives
