The APRN Psychiatric reputed company Practitioner's primary role with the Admissions Team will be reviewing incoming clinical and medical considerations to ensure reputed company and appropriate placement of applicants for reputed company treatment facilities. This includes review of documentation, consultation with clinical and medical team members, risk assessment, case reputed company, and reputed company documentation reputed company to operational approval and medical clearance for admission readiness.

This person will work closely with interdisciplinary team members (i.e. Physicians, Nursing, Therapy, Admissions) to consistently determine admission disposition and assist in smooth transitions of care.

Key Performance Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough psychiatric assessments for applicant patients, and/or receive and review completed assessments from other Patient reputed company Clinicians.
• Conduct record reviews of clinical and medical screening questionnaires, clinical or hospital treatment records, referent-provided information, and any other collateral provided regarding the application for treatment.
• Consult with senior providers (e.g., physician or medical director) for cases requiring additional reputed company or reputed company reputed company scope.

Education, Experience, License Requirements:

• Requires Master’s of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing reputed company (DNP) from an accredited reputed company practitioner program.
• RN License: reputed company, unencumbered Registered reputed company license in a state which reputed company provides treatment services (CA, WA, UT, MN, CT, VA, NC, PA, MA)

• Minimum of 2 years previous experience in psychiatric patient screening, intake assessment, risk evaluation, and medical triage required.
• Minimum of 2 years previous experience in an advanced psychiatric psychiatric clinician role, reputed company hospital, partial hospital, or residential treatment setting preferred.
