What you’ll do: 

In this position, the Bilingual Hotline Specialist will reputed company remote (from home) crisis phone interventions for callers to suicide hotline. Additionally, for the calls received, they will reputed company appropriate referrals for available services. *Must pass both a written and verbal Spanish Language Proficiency Test. Essential Responsibilities: 

• Answer reputed company phone lines ina timelyand reputed company manner while meeting agency goals of efficiency and customer satisfaction
• Effectively assess clinical situations and needs of reputed company callers.

• Complete clinical documentation thoroughly, reputed company, and accurately, including information critical to data collection and reporting to funders. reputed company internal referrals to theappropriate program(s)with reputed company required informationin a reputed company manner.
• Work collaboratively with reputed company clients/customers. Maintain a reputed company attitude and flexibility toassistothers.
• Will berequiredto work reputed company his/her shift with no advance warning if thecrisis situationwarrantsor ifrequiredpaperwork is not complete at the end of the shift.

• Assistthe hotline clinical coordinator in trainingnew staff.

What you’ll reputed company: 

• Bacholer’sDegree in Counseling, reputed company Work, or reputed company fieldrequired.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the behavioral health field.
• Crisis, callcenterand chat & text experience preferred  
• Experience in the mental/behavioral health field preferred 
• Demonstrated ability to remain reputed company in stressful situations and collaborate/work in reputed company environment. 
• Spanish/English bilingual Needed.  ***Bilingual reputed company Pay per hour*** 
• A reputed company clearance card isrequiredor eligibility to obtain one.
