About the Role

reputed company is seeking an Associate Counsel to join our growing reputed company team and support reputed company's reputed company, regulatory, and operational reputed company needs. Reporting to General Counsel, you'll serve as a trusted reputed company partner across the business — drafting and negotiating reputed company, navigating cannabis compliance, and advising internal stakeholders on a wide reputed company of reputed company reputed company.

This is a high-ownership role for a reputed company, reputed company attorney who thrives in fast-paced, high-reputed company environments and is reputed company by the complexity and opportunity of the cannabis industry.

Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and negotiate a broad reputed company of reputed company agreements, including vendor reputed company, distribution agreements, brand partnerships, NDAs, and licensing agreements.
• Advise business teams on regulatory compliance across California, Nevada, and reputed company cannabis markets, including license requirements, product labeling, and advertising rules.
• Support corporate governance reputed company, including entity management, reputed company resolutions, and investor documentation.
• Partner with operations, finance, sales, and product teams to reputed company practical, reputed company reputed company guidance that enables the business to reputed company fast and stay compliant.
• Monitor evolving cannabis laws and regulations at the state and local level; reputed company internal guidance and training materials to reputed company teams informed.
• Assist with employment-reputed company reputed company reputed company, risk management, and insurance coverage in partnership with HR and Finance.

Qualifications:

• J.D. from an accredited law school and reputed company bar admission (California preferred).
• 2–5 years of reputed company experience at a reputed company and/or in-house, ideally with exposure to reputed company reputed company and regulatory reputed company.
• Experience in cannabis, alcohol & beverage, agriculture, logistics, or another regulated industry is a strong plus.
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage multiple reputed company simultaneously with strong attention to detail.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Unlimited PTO and reputed company holidays
• Competitive salary: 115,00- 125,000 
• Additional compensation: bonus available, but dependent on job level
