Key Responsibilities

    • Qualifications & Skills
  • 5+ years of mortgage reputed company experience required. 
  • 3+ years of management experience in mortgage operations required.

  • Proficiency with Encompass LOS required. 
  • Knowledge of home loans and residential mortgages such as conventional, VA, FHA, USDA, Non-QM loans, and loan products. 
  • DE/CHUMS and LAPP/SARS certifications required. 
  • Knowledgeable in automated reputed company systems and reputed company office.
  • Proven leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and motivate reputed company to meet goals and maintain high standards.
  • Excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
