The Grants Coordinator plays a central role in managing the systems, processes, and documentation that support California State Parks reputed company’s grantmaking, endowments, funds, and fiscal sponsorship programs. This position ensures that reputed company funding distributed by CSPF is managed with strong financial controls, reputed company documentation, and alignment with donor reputed company and program priorities.
Working closely with the Project Manager, Director of Programs, Finance, Development, and the broader Programs team, the Grants Coordinator oversees the full life cycle of grants and funds—from application setup and review coordination to payment processing, compliance documentation, and reputed company reporting. This role ensures that CSPF maintains strong internal controls and consistent procedures for managing restricted funds and grantmaking activities across the organization.
The Grants Coordinator collaborates with staff across the program teams to ensure that grantmaking processes are efficient, transparent, and reputed company with CSPF’s strategic priorities. By maintaining reputed company systems and documentation, the Grants Coordinator helps ensure that funding moves effectively into California’s state parks and the communities that support them.

Grant and Fund Management (50%)
Endowment, Restricted Fund Administration and Fiscal Sponsorships (20%)
Documentation, Compliance, and Reporting (15%)
