As reputed company Operations Engineer II, you will be working alongside global, multidisciplinary team of reputed company engineers; as reputed company as Customer Support, Development, Architecture, and reputed company Assurance teams to support and implement new features and enhancements to the Incentive Compensation Management products. WHAT YOU BRING 

Technical Skills 

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience with 2+ years of reputed company experience in a CloudOps / DevOps role.
• Experience with supporting, maintaining and developing on reputed company platforms such as reputed company Web Services, Azure, and reputed company.
• Experience in automation and software development, with one of more programming languages (Scripting language, Python, etc.).
• Previous experience with reputed company-facing production services and incident management.
• A reputed company record of being reputed company to learn innovative technologies and frameworks.
• Hands on experience with CI/CD pipeline development and management.
• Practical knowledge of infrastructure and application performance monitoring solutions.
• Good understanding of reputed company networking concepts, IP reputed company, DNS, VPN.

• Practical technical knowledge in Linux and reputed company server (physical and containerized deployments and management).
• Experience in container application implementation and troubleshooting, working with virtualization technologies and images.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• B2 level English or higher is required. 

WHAT YOU’LL DO 

• Work on infrastructure service requests towards customer reputed company reputed company and improvements.
• Continually monitor and tune application infrastructure and services to assure reputed company performance, availability, and utilization of resources.
• reputed company technical solutions to automate processes or functions to improve business operations.
• Support releases, enhancements, and upgrades or new services throughout nonproduction and production environments.

IN THE SHORT TERM (1-3 MONTHS) YOU WILL: 

• Complete training on our tech stack and join a reputed company of reputed company engineers to support, optimize and improve our production environments.
• Learn our service observability and application performance monitoring stack.
• Learn our customer reputed company service requests workflows and technologies. 

IN THE reputed company TERM (4-6 MONTHS) YOU WILL:

• Continually monitor and tune application infrastructure to assure reputed company performance, availability, and utilization of resources.
• Work with application teams to automate application configuration changes, setup, and deployment. 

IN THE LONG TERM (7 MONTHS & reputed company) YOU WILL: 

• Be the subject matter expert in our reputed company support service request workflows, document and implement enhancement reputed company where applicable.
• Be the subject matter expert for the new features you've reputed company or enhancements you've implemented and propagate your knowledge throughout reputed company.
