Director of Growth Marketing
PropertyRadar has helped small businesses find and win high-value customers using hyperlocal lead generation and public records data since 2007. We serve real estate agents, investors, mortgage professionals, and home service businesses — and we’re growing.
We’re looking for a Director of Growth Marketing who can walk in, assess the engine, and extend/enhance it. This is not a role for someone who needs a large team or a detailed playbook. You will be given goals, a three-person team (graphic designer, SEO specialist, content producer), and an agency bench — and trusted to build the rest.
If you are an autonomous operator who thinks in systems, builds agentic workflows before hiring, and has genuine channel depth across paid media, SEO, HubSpot, and partner programs — this role was written for you.
What You'll Own
- Channel strategy across paid, organic, affiliate/partner, events, and outbound, with a clear point of view on where the leverage is
- Paid media oversight: Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, programmatic, and TikTok
- SEO and content direction in partnership with your agency partners
- Partner/affiliate program mechanics: payments, enablement materials, link management, and performance measurement
- HubSpot administration: workflows, dashboards, attribution, data hygiene
- Attribution validation and weekly L10 growth metrics in Ninety to the CEO
- Events: Full cycle event management for key industry events
- Agentic marketing systems, designs, build or buy, and continuously improve automations that run core growth functions
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years in BSB SaaS growth marketing; 2+ years at director level or above (title matters less than what you've owned)
- Personally managed Meta, LinkedIn, Google, and programmatic, not just managed agencies
- HubSpot admin experience, built workflows, dashboards, attribution, and managed data hygiene
- GA4 and GTM fluency, sets up events and build funnel reports without help
- SEO hands-on execution, keyword research in SEMrush/Ahrefs, backlinks, and ongoing on-page optimization
- Strong writer, writes headlines, ad copy, landing pages, and scripts
- AI-native operator, daily AI tool user who has built or orchestrated agentic automations
- Autonomous operator, given goals, not tasks; builds the plan themselves
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $130,000 - $160,000 depending on experience
