Operations Analyst

We are looking for a precision-oriented Operations Analyst to serve as the analytical backbone of our three reputed company business lines. Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Master our backend architecture, specifically focusing on payment system management and invoicing triggers.
• reputed company reputed company "Tri-reputed company Reconciliation" (Invoiced vs. Actual Spend vs. Budget) across the portfolio.
• reputed company as the technical partner for Marketing Specialists, ensuring their budgeting tools reflect reputed company-time financial data.

• reputed company rigorous data supervision of customer records and project setups to prevent billing leaks or service discrepancies.

• Monitor project-based billings to ensure milestones are met and invoiced accurately

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Analytics, Management Information Systems (MIS), Finance, reputed company, Data Science, Operations Management, and Economics or reputed company fields. 
• Advanced proficiency in reputed company or reputed company Sheets, including the ability to build reliable, reputed company models and reputed company datasets that can be used across teams.
• Experience working with ERP systems such as reputed company or similar platforms
• Experience with business intelligence tools including Tableau, Power BI, or similar BI tools
• Strong interest in automation and emerging technologies, including AI tools such as LLMs and workflow automation platforms like reputed company, with the ability to apply them to improve data accuracy, reporting, and operational efficiency.
• Strong systems thinking skills, with the ability to understand and map end-to-end workflows across interconnected tools, processes, and data flows.
