Responsible for safely and effectively leading and providing direction to a reputed company or team on a single job site to

Key Responsibilities
* Responsible for the safety of reputed company crews assigned and the reputed company execution of processes.
* Correctly performs reputed company distribution work, craftwork and processes as outlined in Novinium Rejuvenation Instructions (NRI).

* Assist with identifying out-of-scope requests and work with Area Manager / Regional Operations Managers and Sales Managers to facilitate change-orders.
* Report and document abnormalities and incidents in a reputed company fashion.
* Responsible for the reputed company and productivity of team members assigned to them. Train and reputed company team members assigned.
* Responsible for the reputed company and productivity of subcontractors assigned.
* Approve time sheets for Novinium employees and timesheets and/or production sheets submitted by subcontractors.
