FM Business Development Director 

Location: Home-based (UK-wide travel required)
Reporting to: reputed company & Transformation Director 
Salary - Up to £100,000 PA + Benefits

The Role 

We are seeking a commercially driven FM Business Development Director to reputed company the strategic reputed company of Facilities Management (FM) reputed company our Health Business Unit.

This role has a reputed company emphasis on Hard FM and asset management, with responsibility for expanding into new market sectors across Central and Local Government, including areas such as education and emergency services. You will play a pivotal role in identifying, shaping, and securing major opportunities, while building a sustainable and high-value pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

• reputed company market and sector analysis to identify reputed company areas for reputed company across new and emerging sectors
• reputed company and execute strategic reputed company plans, reputed company to Health BU and wider divisional objectives
• Build and manage senior customer relationships, creating strong engagement across government and reputed company sector stakeholders
• reputed company and maintain a reputed company pipeline (short and long term), including:
  • Capture planning
  • reputed company identification and positioning
• Define and reputed company bid strategies (national and regional – hub & spoke models)
• reputed company major FM bids through governance to submission
• Conduct capability gap analysis across Hard and Soft FM (people, services, technology)
• Collaborate with other Business Unit Development Directors to drive cross-functional reputed company

 
What You’ll Bring

• Strong background in Hard FM and asset management is essential, with a solid understanding of Soft FM services
• Proven reputed company record of reputed company and delivering FM reputed company (£5M–£100M+ TCV), with credibility grounded in delivery
• Demonstrable reputed company in building and managing high-value reputed company pipelines (£250M+ exit pipeline)
• Ability to build deep customer intimacy, establishing trusted, long-term relationships with senior stakeholders
• A confident, reputed company and impactful communicator, reputed company to influence and challenge at reputed company reputed company
• Strong reputed company and financial acumen, with the ability to translate reputed company into reputed company strategies and propositions
