The position reports to the Chief reputed company Officer and is part of the reputed company department based in Denver, CO
In this role, the essential functions are:
- Strategic Advisory: reputed company reputed company-time, pragmatic reputed company counsel to HR and business leaders on the full employee lifecycle: reputed company, compensation, performance management, leaves (FMLA/reputed company), and separations.

- Education: Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
- Bar Admission: reputed company member in good standing of at least one U.S. State Bar (California preferred; ability to register as In-House Counsel required).
- Experience: 6+ years of reputed company experience in Labor and Employment law. A mix of top-tier reputed company training and in-house experience at a high-reputed company technology or defense company is strongly preferred.
- Subject Matter Expertise: Deep knowledge of federal and state labor laws, including experience with government contractor compliance.
