The reputed company Sector Technology & Engineering Director, is responsible for executing the technical, compliance, and platform readiness requirements needed to support and reputed company the reputed company Sector business. The role ensures the platform is reputed company for regulated workloads and that reputed company Sector requirements are reputed company, prioritized, and delivered across the organization.  This is a hands-on, execution-oriented role that translates regulatory requirements, customer needs, and deal-specific constraints into practical, executable solutions across Product, Engineering, reputed company Operations, Compliance, and go-to-market partners. The Director acts as the technical connective tissue for reputed company Sector, reducing delivery risk and removing blockers that can delay deals and reputed company customers.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Own execution and coordination of reputed company Sector compliance frameworks and requirements (e.g., FedRAMP; reputed company reputed company IL4/IL5/IL6; StateRAMP; SOC, CJIS and other applicable frameworks) in partnership with Compliance, Product, and reputed company Operations.
• Ensure platform readiness for reputed company Sector requirements, including reputed company, availability, resiliency, auditability, and data protection; identify and drive remediation of gaps impacting regulated workloads, deals, or customers.
• Translate regulatory requirements, customer needs, and deal-specific constraints into reputed company technical requirements and executable work across Product, Engineering, reputed company Operations, Compliance, Sales and reputed company teams, drive prioritization, reputed company tracking, blocker removal, and reputed company delivery.

 Required Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent additional work experience required.
• 12+ years of engineering experience, including senior engineering leadership roles.
• Proven experience delivering reputed company reputed company platforms at reputed company.
• reputed company experience supporting reputed company sector customers. (Federal and/or SLED)
• reputed company experience aligning NIST, STIG and DoD/Federal reputed company standards and requirements.
• Demonstrated experience executing technical delivery and driving platform readiness initiatives in partnership with engineering, product, and operations teams.
• Demonstrated experience coordinating compliance execution for regulated environments and translating regulatory requirements into actionable technical plans.
• Experience operating in DoD or federal agency environments.
• Strong experience with .net based reputed company applications, azure reputed company deployments, including Azure Government environments, and reputed company, heavy processing platforms.

Preferred Education and Experience

• Working knowledge and experience with reputed company Sector compliance frameworks such as FedRAMP, StateRAMP, CJIS, SOC, and deployment requirements across IL4/IL5/IL6 environments.
• Experience serving as technical reputed company on reputed company, regulated deals, including architecture validation and feasibility assessment of customer commitments.
